Frequently Asked Questions

If you have more questions, feel free to call, text, or email us. We’d love to hear from you.

Do I need to reserve a campsite?

In order for us to guarantee we have a place to deliver your trailer or tent, it’s best that you reserve a campsite. Remember, spaces that can be reserved fill up rather quickly!

The campsite I booked isn’t listed on your delivery list when I’m trying to book a trailer.

We’ve listed the most common places we deliver to. If you don’t see your campground listed, you can move to the next step. If it’s a campground we’re permitted to deliver to, we will calculate your delivery fee based on where you’re going and get right back to you with a quote. Or, you can contact us for a quick delivery quote prior to making your booking. If you do pay for a booking and we are unable to deliver to your campsite or your campground is full for the dates you’ve booked with us, we will either refund your money in full, or apply it to a different date.

What if I’m not sure where I want to camp?

Reach out! We love to help people find their ultimate camping spot.

Do you deliver statewide? What about out of state?

Yes, we do! For anything out of state, it’s best that you contact us.

Do you deliver to every campground/campsite in Utah?

While we do our best to offer delivery to every campsite in Utah, there are some exceptions due to permitting regulations by various land agencies. Some popular places that we cannot deliver to include: Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Kodachrome Basin State Park, Escalante State Park, Arches National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Canyonlands National Park.

Do I need to clean the trailer when I’m done?

You can think of your rental just like a hotel. When your stay is over you can simply leave. All that we ask is that you be respectful to our wonderful cleaning team!

You say you are “pet friendly”, what does that mean?

This means that as long as your campground allows pets, we do too. If bringing pets, we do require an extra $35.00 fee. This goes to the extra time it takes to clean and for added protection against damages. Some extra amenities will also be stocked for you including bowls, a mat, dog-friendly bedding, cleanup bags, and treats.

I’ve never stayed in a trailer before, should I be hesitant?

Absolutely not! Trailers are different than homes in that you need be very conservative with your energy and water consumption. But, we are here to make sure you get the most of your stay, which means we will show you exactly how to use the trailer, leave you with guidebooks, and we are always available by phone for any questions.

What happens if I need to contact you and there is no cell phone service?

We get it, not being in cellphone range can be frustrating at times but it can also be a really great part about camping! We always have someone available in office that can help you in case of an emergency or if you have questions during your trip. However, depending on where you’re camping, you may need to drive until you have cell phone service to reach our office. We strive to answer all questions and resolve any issues that may arise. Hopefully the only problem you have is not wanting to come home.

Should I only look for a campsite with hookups?

It depends on what type of experience you are looking for. If you are looking for a luxury experience, where you don’t have to think about power or water usage, then we suggest you find a campsite with full hookups (including sewer). If you want to camp more traditionally but not have to worry about a generator, then we suggest a campground with electrical hookups. If you do choose a more primitive spot with no hookups, a generator will be provided (campground permitting).

How long can I rent a trailer for?

While we do allow a 14 day booking in our trailers, there are a lot of things to think about when camping for that long. You need to be sure your campsite allows that long of a stay. You need to understand that if you aren’t camping somewhere with full hookups, you will run out of resources like water rather quickly.

I need the fine print. Where can I find your rental policies?

You can find a copy of our policies here.
